Landmark Walking Tour

Celebrate Montgomery's Heritage at the 2010 Landmark Open House Walking Tour. 

 

Presented by: Montgomery Landmarks Commission, Montgomery Historic Preservation Association and The Montgomery District Business Association.

 

This fantastic event gives you the opportunity to get an inside tour along the historic Cooper Road Corridor. Enter seven of the City's Landmark Buildings, including the three oldest buildings in Montgomery! Owners/Tenants and a docent will be on hand to offer history of the building and describe renovations.

 

Landmark Building included are:

Yost Tavern, c. 1807

Patmore Lumley House c. 1810

Cameron Feinthel House c. 1891

Former Village Hall c. 1925

Weller House c. 1807

Snider House c. 1817

Wilder Swaim House c. 1832

Advance tickets $8

MHPA member $5

Children under 14 free.

Day-of-tickets between 1:30–3:30 on the Nueilly-Plaisance Plaza at the corner of Cooper and Montgomery Roads.

 

 

$25 tour and special buffet dinner at Stone Creek Dining Company

(advance tickets only, alcoholic drinks not included)
